Golden Acres Genetics, Ltd. is committed to protecting your privacy.  You can navigate most sections of the site without providing any information about yourself.  Sometimes, though, we do need information to provide you with services you request.  This privacy policy explains data collection and use in those situations.  Please read the complete privacy policy.

We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you.  Generally, this information is requested when you are asked to register before entering a contest, ordering newsletters or seed guides, or joining a limited-access site. We use your personal information to make the site easier for you to use, to help you quickly find services and information, to help us create and deliver content most relevant to you, and to notify you of announcements, special offers, updated information, and other new services from Golden Acres Genetics.  We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, including answering customer questions about products or services, sending postal mail and processing event registration and fulfillment. When you register, or otherwise give us personal information, Golden Acres Genetics will not share that information with third parties without your permission, other than for the limited exceptions already listed. It will only be used for the purposes stated above.

Golden Acres Genetics strictly protects the security of your personal information and honors your choices for its intended use. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 

Your personal information is never shared outside the company without your permission, except under conditions explained above. Inside the company, data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access. 

Changes to this Statement

Golden Acres Genetics will occasionally update this privacy statement. When we do, we will also revise the "last updated" date at the top of the privacy policy.
