Seed that wins independent (and even our competitors’) tests...

Growers often tell us that their Golden Acres corn and grain sorghum hybrids hold up better under tough growing conditions than the seed products they buy from some of the “national” seed companies. That’s no accident. Most of the time the “southern hybrids” they sell you are actually developed in Iowa or Illinois.

Enter your location to see Harvest Reports near you.

Golden Acres puts its products through a series of rigorous tests, all based right here in the southern U.S. From intensive in-house yield and performance trials, to independent university tests (links below), to our extensive GATE (Golden Acres Technology Evaluation) Plot program, to on-farm test plots and side-by-sides, we only develop our southern hybrids in the region where they’ll be grown to ensure that they’re winners. It’s not a big surprise that those same hybrids end up winning our competitors’ own test plots.
